The day started with torrential down pours but then turned to sunny skies and we became the storm! Abby and Juana came in 8th as did Pat W. and Luis at the Summer Battleground at CrossFit Camo in Farmingdale. Meanwhile at the Lt. Michael P. Murphy 4-Mile Run Around Lake Ronkonkoma, Katy, Anthony, Ben (with a 20 lb. vest), Jon N., Beth, Joe M., Nick, Lisa, George, Steve L. and Tom D. all put in a solid performance!
