Teams of 3 for time:
100 calorie row
100 Russian kettlebell swings 24/16 kg
100 goblet squats 24/16 kg
100 double unders (or singles)
Teams may partition exercises between team members however they’d like. Only one team member will work at a time. Each exercise must be completed in order before beginning next exercise.

That was more fun than adults should be allowed to have!!:) Everyone did very well and the workout times for each team were close! A good time was had by all.
