Friday: NO 6:30 am session/ NO Evening Sessions/ 9:30-10:30 & 11:15 am-12:15 pm ONLY
Saturday: 10-11 am & 11 am-12 pm ONLY (NO 12-1 pm)

HELP! Mike K. is looking for a partner for the BREAK THE BRACKET: BROOKLYN COMPETITION on January 30th 2016. This is a team competition, but the teams are made of 1 man and 1 woman. CrossFit Suffolk has 7 teams already! Mike would like to compete, but doesn’t have a date partner. Let us know if you’re interested.
