Last time someone stopped running at me and made this face, and this gesture,  it was because I was pointing a 9mm handgun at their chest as they were trying to flee the scene of a violent crime.  Clearly, Beth is no stranger to being stopped by the police.

Workout of the Day
20 minute AMRAP:
6,   225/150# deadlifts
7    toes to bar
10  kettlebell swings, 32/24kg
200 meter run

    Beth continues to be one of the most improved athletes at CrossFit SUFFOLK. Beth recently got double unders!!! Before yesterday’s workout Beth was snatching a 30 lb. dumbbell with ease. I said, “Remember when you couldn’t do that with 15lbs and 2 hands?”

    When I walked into the gym yesterday morning one of the new girls was all set up with her equipment and ready to do the workout. I looked puzzled and the new girl said, “Beth helped me.”

    That means more to me than how well you’ll perform in a workout.

    Beth helped me many times when I started- I loved seeing her in the gym bc she was always so welcoming!

    Even now she carries that same great spirit!! I love seeing her in the gym and she’s always giving me pep talks.
    She is one of my biggest cheerleaders and I am definitely one of hers!!!

    When Beth met my fiance for the first time, she said “your boyfriend is a beast”. Not sure if Jillian appreciated that until i explained it but i sure did. Lol.

    Always a pressure and a privledge working out with Beth….she is another SEASONED athlete who inspires me every day….congrats on the double unders… Now you need to teach me

    Awe shucks -thanks for the kind words!!! I get better from watching all of you. Crossfit is my happy place..my escape from the madness and insanity of my day to day life. Omg Lenny what did she think i meant?
