Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of:
12 Dumbbell Hang Power Snatches, 45/30 lbs
8 Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Squats, 45/30 lbs
THE AFTER-THE HOLIDAYS-HOLIDAY PARTY will be held on January 25th 2020 in the gym at 8pm. We’ll follow in our most successful tradition of bring something to eat or something to drink or something to eat & drink. Wear regular clothes. Working out will be strictly prohibited.
