CF Suffolk Striking
–OR–
30 minutes of:
200 meter run (optional)
250 row
10 calorie bike
10 weighted sit-ups
5 Russian kettlebell swings 24/16 kg
2 toes to bar
2 weighted box step ups

NOTE: If you are doing the Spartan Sprint in November increase the workout time to 45 minutes!
