TEAM WORKOUT: Inspired By “Filthy Fifty”
Teams of 2 perform the following 40 minute AMRAP:
50 box jumps
50 pull-ups (or jumping pull-ups)
50 walking lunge
50 push press 45/30#
50 knees to elbows
50 superman
50 burpees
50 V-Ups
50 double unders

***SCHEDULE MODIFICATION FOR MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 3RD (LABOR DAY)  There will be only two sessions on Monday: 9-10 am & 10-11 am  No other sessions, no evening sessions.  Regular schedule resumes on Tuesday, September 4th.
