Teams of 2 perform the following 40 minute AMRAP:
50 box jumps
50 pull-ups (or jumping pull-ups)
50 walking lunge
50 push press 45/30#
50 knees to elbows
50 superman
50 burpees
50 V-Ups
50 double unders
