This Saturday we have 2 teams competing at the 3rd Annual Long Island Masters Fitness Competition at The Rinx (Hidden Pond Park) in Hauppauge. There are 3 events for this competition. We are told that, if all goes according to schedule, both CrossFit Suffolk teams will be competing at the same exact times: 9:15 am, 10:35 am and 11:55 am.
