Men use 50-lb. dumbbells
Women use 35-lb. dumbbells
Scaled: (Ages 16-54) Men use 35-lb. dumbbells, perform hanging knee-raises / chin-over-bar pull-ups Women use 20-lb. dumbbells, perform hanging knee-raises / chin-over-bar pull-ups
