Team, indoor run/obstacle negotiation and exercise challenge
NOTES: Like a parachute, a mind works better when it’s open. Exact obstacles and exercises will be announced upon your arrival. The workout will be a “30-minute Thursday” in a team format. If you’re the type of person that doesn’t like not knowing then this workout is for you. Let not your heart be troubled. Accept the challenge and the discomfort of not knowing.
