CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Powered By SPARTAN PERFORMANCE
What struck me most about watching this 12 year old young lady push the sled is she never stopped for a second and thought, ” I can’t do this.” Many adults have a hard time pushing the sled in the gym. The rubber mats that cover the floor are not conducive to pushing the sled. Some adults cannot push it at all. The young lady in the photo never entertained doubt or negativity. She just lowered her center of gravity and gave it all she had. Sometimes in the gym (and in life) that’s all you need. Ordinary people doing extraordinary things!

Wow!! Her dad don’t even use the sled with weights, I don’t even push that sled with weights, awesome job!!!
*Doesn’t
I must correct you John H. The reason the kid was pushing that sled w/the weights was because her father Joe was pushing the sled as well w/the weights. Ha! Great job kid!
Richie–I didn’t use her name on purpose. I like your comment, but I removed her name.
Thanks Richie!
