For those who ask: What About Cardio? The guy on the left is "the ultimate cardio guy"–he's a marathoner. The guy on the right is a sprinter. Which guy do think can not only run faster but move more weight as efficiently as possible, has more explosiveness, can hit harder, can move faster, can jump higher and will be harder to kill?
