    George I like the change up from the main site. I was going to have to sub something for the rowing anyway, I don’t have a rower at home and I can’t make it to the gym tonight. I will post my rounds later tonight. Good luck eveyone and I will see you next week sometime.

    Sorry I have alot to take care of today. We have to drop Jake off at my inlaws, Drop off Dempsey at my parents because we have to be at the hospital at 5am.
    Well did it Rx’d on 24″ box the SDHPs where heavy.
