Congratulations Cindy! Cindy completed the 100 Day Burpee Challenge yesterday! That’s 5,050 burpees in 100 days! Very few take on this challenge and complete it, but we’re not surprised Cindy did. Cindy routinely does 60-minute Thursday workouts while everyone else does 30 minutes. Through injuries and a very busy work schedule Cindy has remained consistent with her hard work ethic through her years with CrossFit Suffolk. Well done Cindy!
