4 rounds for time of:
60-second handstand hold
60-second static hang
10 dumbbell or kettlebell shoulder presses 40/30# or 20/12 kg
5 weighted pull-ups (scale to the most difficult version of a pull-up you can do or inverted row)
Lying Leg Raise
45 seconds each exercise
15 seconds rest in between exercises
**If there is an exercise you cannot do right now substitute it with sit-ups
