Juana got her first bar muscle up during one of the CrossFit Team Series workouts last week.  Not the type to stop at one rep in her new-found skill, Juana added 9 more during the workout!

10 shoulder to overhead 135/95#
10 burpees

3 X10 seconds: Banded Pallof Press
