    Thanks for the kind words!
    The subconscious mind is one of my favorite topics and one that is not given enough attention. There’s a plethora of information on physical training and not much that’s new, but enhancing performance by improving the “programming” of the subconscious is not something you here about in most training facilities. Olympic, college level and pro athletes have used sports psychologists for years, but tapping into the subconscious mind is on another level.
