Workout Of The Day

Deadlift

1X5 @ 60% 1-rep max

1X5 @ 70% 1-rep max

1X AMRAP @ 80% 1-rep max

Use 90% of your 1-rep max when figuring percentages.

 

9-minute AMRAP:

9 power snatch 75/55

9 ring dips

9 overhead squats  75/55

 

3 X 10, each side:  Standing lateral med-ball throw
