SCHEDULE CHANGE FOR SATURDAY, MAY 11TH:

There will be two sessions on Saturday, May 11th(TOMORROW)…TWO SESSIONS ONLY…9-10AM and 10-11AM.  Be advised.

The Connetquot School District is holding Connetquot's 1st Annual Spring Into Fitness Health Fair, Saturday, May 11th, from 12pm-3pm.  (Connetquot High School 190 Seventh Street Bohemia, NY 11716-1331)  CrossFit Suffolk/Spartan Performance will have a booth at the fair.  Consider yourself invited.  Check it out.  Come hang out with us…wear a Spartan Performance t-shirt if you are able.   Help us spread the word about strength and fitness!
