Lisa warming up for the final event for the 2016 CrossFit Master Qualifier (45-49 year old), 1 rep max deadlift. At a body weight of 120 lbs., Lisa deadlifted 290 lbs.. That’s 50 pounds more than twice her body weight! Last time Lisa worked for a deadlift 1-rep max was in August 2015…and she only did 260 lbs. that time. Her “all-time high” 1-rep max was 295 lbs. a few years back.
