Team Workouts are always a ton of fun…last Saturday was no different!  The workouts are tough, but they seem “better” to do since you get to break up the work load between you and your teammates.

BE ADVISED:  WE WILL BE HOSTING A BOCES CLASS DURING THE 8:30 AM TIME SPOT.  THE 8:30 SESSION WILL STILL BE HELD, BUT WITH LESS SPACE AND MORE DISTRACTION.  BE PREPARED.

1X5@ 60% 1-rep max
1X5@ 70% 1-rep max
1X AMRAP@ 80% 1-rep max

5 rounds for time of:
10 front rack weighted lunge 95/65#
10 burpees

Optional:
Four 30-seconds overhead static holds with 2 kettlebells
