    Jay as he was closing in on finishing 16.5, about 4 people yelling at him to pick the bar up I lean in to him to offer some encouraging words, sweat dripping off his schnoz, he says
    “EVERYONE NEEDS TO CALM THE FUCK DOWN”

    Haha John H!! You know I appreciated the encouragement during that wod. I don’t think I could of finished it without you guys cheering me on. That was terrible. I think I was delirious at that point in the workout!!
