Where many of us get our jump ropes: RX SMART GEAR, ROGUE FITNESS, AGAIN FASTERBUY JUMP ROPES, RPM FITNESS, JUMP N ROPE, PUNK ROPES, CYCLONE SPEED ROPE  Get your own jump rope so you can customize to your specifications.  If not you will be at the mercy of the jump ropes that are available.  Model’s, Sports Authority and Dick’s carry jump ropes, but they are not the best quality.

1X5@ 75% 1-rep max
1X3@ 85% 1-rep max
1X AMRAP @ 95% 1-rep max

8 minute AMRAP:
20 double unders
15 KB sumo-deadlift high pull 24/16 kg

Optional: 4 rounds:
20 meter KB Overhead Lunge Walk
