TRANSFORM YOUR TAP WATER: SAFE, DELICIOUS HYDRATION FOR ATHLETES  There is a concern regarding the safety of Suffolk County water.  It’s a good idea to research the issues (chlorine, nitrogen) and the solutions (a proper water filtration system).  In the meantime bottled water is probably a good way to go.
