The Beat The Bracket: Brooklyn Co-Ed Partner Competition is being held Saturday, January 30th at Crow Hill CrossFit located at 1010 Dean Street, Brooklyn, NY.  We have 4 teams competing!  You can see what the workouts are by clicking HERE.

Team Dangerous is coming to Crow Hill to bring the Beat the Bracket competition to Brooklyn! Coed teams of two will face off in a CrossFit competition. Teams will be placed into three divisions depending on their fitness level [Gold, Silver & Bronze]. Top two teams in each of the three divisions will receive cash prizes. MInimum of 3 workouts. Maximum of 6 workouts.

Front Squat
1X20 @60% 5RM + 30 lbs.

10 minute AMRAP:
30 double unders
5 hang power cleans 115/75#

Optional:
3 rounds of:
20 meter Prowler push
10 burpees
