Erica, a super-busy, full time employee, mom and wife decided to CrossFit and change her diet.  Erica has lost 30 pounds in six months while putting on lean muscle.  Erica stated, “I’m not nearly done, I’m a work-in-progress”.  Well done Erica.  Well done!
