Back Squat
1X20 @ 60% 5-rep max + 20 lbs.
Note: Use 5 lbs. more than your last 1X20 back squat session.  Make every effort to do the 20 reps unbroken.
10 rounds for time of:
5 Inverted rows
10 push-ups
