Back Squat
1X20@60% of your 5-rep max
Note: 20-rep squats will be programmed in twice a week for the next 5 weeks.  We’ll be adding 5 pounds per session.  The objective is to do all 20 reps unbroken.  If you have to pause then do so with the bar on your back.
