10 single leg deadlifts, 5 on each side, 24/16 kg
10 kettlebell snatch, 5 each arm, 24/16 kg
10 kettlebell push press, 5 each arm, 24/16 kg

    George!
    Great article- so informative.
    If anyone needs an essential oil go to person I know someone.
    I’m a big user of peppermint oil ( amongst other oils ) it helps w soreness, energy, upset stomachs. It’s a good one to have.

    I find that the information that comes from the Precision Nutrition camp is useful and reliable. I was pleasantly surprised to read a positive article about the essential oils. I’m going to give some a try!
