Workout of the Day
For total rounds and reps:
7 minute AMRAP:
10 deadlifts, 185/135 lbs.
200 meter run
rest 2 minutes
then:
7 minute AMRAP:
10 KB or DB snatch, 5 each arm (24/16kg or 50/30 lbs.)
10 burpees
rest 3 minutes

then:
7 minute AMRAP:
5 handstand push-ups
10 box jumps 24/20″
