Great article George. Is this where counting macros would be good? How can we properly determine the correct amount of protein, carbs and fat that we should be getting?

    Thanks Bevin!
Yes, counting your Macros was a part of what the article got across. There are a few formulas for counting your Macros. They all lead to, roughly, the same numbers. The good thing about counting your Macros is it gives you a better idea of how to plan your meals and where you are going right or wrong. We can discuss your Macros when I see you.

I actually passed this article on to a female friend of mine, with almost castrative consequences, luckily she slept through the text alert, woke up naturally and was not angry. Whew!

Wait…what?? She was going to castrate you? She doesn’t sound very friendly Ben.

Let me offer you a little advice: NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER send a woman an article pertaining to diet unless they ASK YOU FOR ONE.

“Oh thank you for thinking of me and sending me a DIET ARTICLE”, said no woman ever.

Now you have to buy her an Extra Small shirt to make up for your transgression. Remember, when she says the shirt is nice, but it’s too small, look surprised and say, “Surely you’re mistaken. You can’t be any size, but Extra Small.”
