Except for the punching therefore I will resort to doing push-ups in the dark.
Protein calculator not a fan- couldnt we just use the standard 1-1.5 grams protein per body weight. Right now I am eating or trying to eat my body weight in protein and it seems to be working.

Kelly-Good morning! 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight has long been accepted and works wee for most people. We need a heavy bag in the gym…then we can all punch and not have to resort to doing push-ups in the dark.
