5 sets of 1 power snatch immediately followed by 3 OHS
Load By Feel

4 rounds for time of:
7 Inverted rows
10 front squats w/60% 1-rep max

    Great article on the 5 best exercises ever- they are also my all time favorite exercises ever!
    Except for the punching therefore I will resort to doing push-ups in the dark.

    Protein calculator not a fan- couldnt we just use the standard 1-1.5 grams protein per body weight. Right now I am eating or trying to eat my body weight in protein and it seems to be working.

    Kelly-Good morning! 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight has long been accepted and works wee for most people. We need a heavy bag in the gym…then we can all punch and not have to resort to doing push-ups in the dark.

    I’m not signed up yet because I was hoping to hear back from them- still no word so I will make a final attempt tomorrow. Old fashioned phone calls are a thing of the past-
    Regardless if I hear back or not I’m signing up.

    They are probably all out on the water ?haha
