Snatch Grip Deadlift
Note: That’s five sets of 3 reps. Start out with a light/moderate weight and increase load on each set. LOOK… the words “Snatch Grip Deadlift” are highlighted…there should be a video link.
50 kettlebell snatches 24/16 kg (Alternate hands as necessary)
5 rounds NOT for time:
Barbell Waiter Walk 80′ 45/35# (40′ Left/40′ Right)
Note: The barbell should be held like a spear, one-handed with one end facing forward and the other end facing back. Scale to a dumbbell if necessary.
