FROM ZERO TO ULTRA IN 12 MONTHS: HOW I DID IT  I re-post this article not because I want or expect Spartan Performance members to run an Ultra-Marathon (a race of distances greater than the 26.2 miles required in a “regular” marathon, typically 50 or 100 miles!).  I re-post this article because the author, Kyle Williams, went from not running to completing a 50 mile run across Australia’s highest mountain range.  The 8-point guideline of the article can be applied to most physical/mental challenges.  Mr. Williams offers sound advice.  Check it out.–George

    George..I’ve been unable to make it to class because of work and sick kids..so instead of sulking about it I did this wod in my work gym on my meal..4 rounds +13..and my toes touched the bar every damn time!!! Idk what came over me I’m so pleased..lol thank you for this wod..it brought me to life today
