So much of how we live, how we train and how we feel is determined by our thoughts, beliefs and the “conversations” we have with our self. Thanks Jen! What a great challenge–100 Days Of Positive Thoughts. Sounds better than the 100 day Burpee Challenge, but for many 100 days of positive thoughts will be more difficult.
