WHAT’S BEHIND THE MIND-BODY CONNECTION?  Outstanding article by Mark Sisson of Mark’s Daily Apple.  It’s on a subject near and dear to my heart and it is worth your time to read!  So much of how we live, how we train and how we feel is determined by our thoughts, beliefs and the “conversations” we have with our self.   This article sites some of the work being done to further explain and expand on the mind’s, almost unbelievable, effect on the body.–George

Workout of the Day
Deadlift
1X5 @ 65% 1 RM
1X5 @ 75% 1 RM
1X5 @ 85% 1RM (For this set do as many reps as possible, but at least 5.)

      Thanks Jen! What a great challenge–100 Days Of Positive Thoughts. Sounds better than the 100 day Burpee Challenge, but for many 100 days of positive thoughts will be more difficult.

      Kelly…that didn’t sound so positive. Perhaps you should have went with, “!00 Days of Positive Thoughts, what a great idea! Can we start right now!?!?”
