As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
6 Deadlifts (225/150 lbs)
7 Burpee pull-ups
10 Kettlebell swings (2 pood…that’s 32kg or 70lbs., 24kg for women!)
Run 200 meters
Run substitutes if weather is too uncooperative: single unders/double unders/rowing
