    Strange, just this morning my internal dialogue was how disappointed I am with myself in regards to my fitness level. I have become weaker, flabbier and overall less fit. But I don’t get it? I am training and eating consistently to how I did in the past. Then my next thought was who are you kidding? Yes, you are training but the effort level has certainly changed partially due to some recent injuries (is that another excuse) and my eating is worse (DAMN YOU Famous Amos Chocolate Chip Cookies with Pecans and Peanut M&Ms DAMN YOU!!!!).
