Shoulder Press 1 rep max
Deadlift 1 rep max
Only include the heaviest 1 rep lifts, do not include sets prior.
Oh man, I don’t know if I’m ready for this. (Aliens and CrossFit total ?)
That is a wicked combination. I’m haunted by the thought that some beings from another galaxy may have a higher CrossFit Total than mine.
