Beyond The Whiteboard says Scap Push-up but I mean these “Back Widow”. Push through your elbow to lift your torso. “Pinch” your shoulder blades (Scapular) together. Don’t push with your feet. You should feel your shoulder being “pulled” back and down. Also known as “Reverse Push-up”.
