Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
“Lynne” is a strength and muscular endurance workout and NOT a “for time” workout. Partner up or work in teams of three so you can spot each other during the bench press. If you are currently unable to bench press your body weight then choose a percentage of your body weight that is challenging but doable. Scaled options of the pull-up apply in this workout as well (band pull-ups, ring rows).
