As many reps as possible in 7 mins of: Deadlift, 75% 1RM


4 rounds for time of:

7 Pull-ups

12 Box Jumps, 24/20 in

15 Kettlebell Swings, 24/16 kg


Lateral Med-Ball Throw: 2 X 10 on each side
