6 minute EMOM: 5 Weighted Dips, pick load
If you are currently unable to do a ring dip without a band use a smaller band than usual. If you are unable to do a band ring dip then you will do a box dips or push-ups
For 3 cycles:
AMRAP in 5 mins of:
Rest 2 mins between each cycle. For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
