Back Squat 1 rep max
Shoulder Press (strict press) 1 rep max
Deadlift 1 rep max
Warm-up good and Get After It! This is one of the longest workouts going. Don’t be fooled by the “1-rep”. It will take you a while to build up to your 1-rep max for each lift.
