Single Leg Kettlebell Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 (5X3)

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.


5 rounds for time of:

5 Deadlifts, 225/155 lbs

10 Handstand Push-ups

20 AbMat Sit-ups


Farmers Walk (Kettlebell) : 3x 20 m (60, 45 & 30 seconds)
