WORKOUT OF THE DAY

On a 27 minute clock:

From 0-10:00:

3 Rounds For Time Of:

Run, 400 m

16 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches

Use the remaining time to rest

From 10:00-20:00

4 Rounds of:

10 Handstand Push-ups

15 Dumbbell Box Step-ups

Use remaining time to rest

from 20:00-27:00 Amrap, 7 mins:

5 Devil Press

10 Box Jump Overs

5 Pull-ups

This is to be done on a 27 minute clock.
From the zero to 10 minute mark on the clock perform the 3 round workout,
rest with remaining time
from the 10-20 minute mark:
perform the 4 round workout
use remaining time to rest
from 20-27 minute mark perform the 7 minue AMRAP
Your score is the reps you get during the 7 minute AMRAP
