Lydia The best rope climbers in the gym are women with a couple of exceptions. Why? Women don’t rely on upper body strength, they rely on sound technique. Men are better at the legless rope climb where they excel at relying on brute strength. The problem is that brute strength isn’t reliable when the workout is longer than a couple of minutes.

10 Single Arm Dumbbell Squat Snatches, 50/35 lbs

8 Single Arm Dumbbell Rows, 50/35 lbs

6 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press, 50/35 lbs

4 Single Arm Dumbbell Turkish Get-ups, 50/35 lbs

THE 2019 MICHAEL P. MURPHY RUN-AROUND-THE-LAKE is this Saturday! You still have time to register for the long-standing CrossFit Suffolk tradition. Besides the personal challenge, the run benefits the Michael P. Murphy Scholarship Foundation, the Lone Survivor Foundation, the Navy SEAL Foundation and the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.
