Deadlift 2-2-2-2-2

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

2 rounds for time of:

20 Ring Dips

20 Overhead Squats, 95/65 lbs

Handstand Walk, 20 m (Scale to 10 shoulder taps)
